Its me again! Once you order your wig from wigs.com just use a local salon. Again every wig selection comes a video of it being worn & has a 30 day return policy

Lost my hair at an early age. Cancer Woman's wigs were always a better quality. Always ordered a short style so was easy to cut. This wig store just couldn't get it right. Advised poor hair color selection & untrained hair stylists...one in particular. Had to travel 2.5 hours so any fine tuning was a pain. Once you bought it...you owned it. I just recently found a web site Women's wig.com.! Every wig comes with a video & comes a 30 day return policy

If you want good service don't go here!! I am on chemo and went to Kathy's because they were recommended for their wigs, the first time I went to Kathy's I was completely ignored till I asked about a wig I liked, the sales person wrote the name of the wig on the back of a brochure and told me to come back with family or a friend..... second time I went in I was ignored by two sales people so I walked out, sat in my car for a few minutes and went back in because I wanted to order the wig I had found the first time I was there... read more

Lookin great Kathy's is the best anywhere in the U.S. She lets you try on different wigs and doesn't even charge for it. She can alter anything to fit different heads. Her styles are up to date especially with the new tops that one cannot even tell are wigs even if the wind is blowing! The help is well trained, professional and friendly. The shop is clean clean clean and has a fun atmosphere. As a Calif. transplant I was so happy to find something of this quality in Idaho.

WOW WOW what a great team Kathy has at her Boutique, the Gals were very helpful and gave me a lot of pointers, they made me feel welcome and answered all the questions I had, I recently moved here from another state and I have to say the experience I went through at Kathys was nothing I have seen befor, I was able to actual try on the wigs and then had help in picking a style and color that worked for me, for all of you out there who need a wig I would suggest that you go to Kathys and meet her team, all I can say is WOW Tha... read more

silence I went into Kathy's to purchase a wig as I walked in I saw two employees that never acknowledged me. I was there for at least 15 minutes, employees walked by and never uttered a word. I tried on a few wigs and still no one said, "I will be with you in a minute." Finally I decided to leave when an employee said, "thank you for coming in." Go figure?I do not know why this store was recommended by the hospital?

wonderful shop I purchased a wig at Kathy's wig boutique, I had wonderful service, the ladies who work there are very friendly and very knowledgeable about wigs. I was so surprised and relived to find out,t when you purchase a wig there it comes with custom fitting and styling. I was placed it a private area and made to feel very special the owner Kathy even came and introduced herself to me. I would recommend this lovely shop to anyone who has hair loss issues.

Disappointed in Kathy's I was a customer at Kathy's for probably 4 or 5 years and after that long (and purchasing probably 8 to 10 wigs or more) the owner still acted like she didn't know me. The last time I went in, the girls who were helping me made me feel very uncomfortable because of my hair loss, so I found another place that carries the same products in a much friendlier atmosphere. Outstanding! Wether you wear wigs because of medical necessity or just for fun, this is the place to go. The store is well stocked and the staff is knowledgeable and so very friendly and professional. They will teach you all you need to know about styling and caring for your wig and not just the day you buy it. They are simply wonderful.
