I got a pedicure and manicure. I waited 3 hours, yes 3 hours. Other customers waited even longer. I was desperate so I waited. NEVER AGAIN. The girl who did my nails cut me on my finger and toe and made me bleed, that absolutely ridiculous. She didn't file my nails down left all uneven on my feet. She was so fast that she was abel to service 4 women and the other girl was still doing one.. They are not clean, very unorganized. Kathy's Nails isn’t the most aesthetically put together, the space can feel a bit scattered, and small details like microfiber rags instead of cotton give it a less polished vibe. That said, I was recommended to Lucy by a client at work, and I went the very next day, I’ve been going every three weeks ever since March 2025 when I can. Lucy is phenomenal. Horrible wait time. Kathy needs to manage the time her workers come in. Change the sign on the door cus they may open at 9 but the employees come in when they feel like it
Waited for an hour just to have someone who came after me be seen first. And when I mentioned something she still proceeded to work on the other person and started organizing their nails. Never again. Absolute waste of my time.
If I could give zero stars…I pleasantly would. I am not a Hispanic looking person not am I Hispanic but as I waited to get my eye brows waxed they started talking about me and laughing. I understand Spanish, little did they know. Stay far away if you’re non Hispanic, unless you’re ok with them talking crap about you and then taking your money for their services. Never coming here again. I simply walked out not a word not a reaction just left. BEWARE YALL!
