My agent, Kathy Ross, gave me incredible service from before the listing through to the end of the process. I was out of the country for most of the process and Kathy made everything easy even so. She took care of minor issues at the house that certainly were not part of her job. She worked up and finalized a legal agreement between the buyer and the neighbors.
