I was referred to Dr. Ravanbakhsh's office for a consult. I called to make an appointment. A receptionist answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. She shut down my questions from the beginning, when I questioned why she was rude, she stated that the reason was a language barrier. I found her excuse, racist, and alarming. If a doctor does not take time to inform his office manager to make sure that he does not hire racist, small, minded personal. I don't want this doctor to be my doctor.
