I took my Bimini top frame in August 2025 to get new top on it. I was told it would take a couple weeks to get. After five months of calls to them and being lied to I told them I wanted my deposit money back. The then told me they would not refund my deposit. It’s now January 2 2026 and no top and no refund. I told my car in to have the headliner replaced. I ordered the material and paid up front for it! It’s been 5 (Five) months and I’m still waiting on the material to arrive! I followed up two weeks ago and was told it was on back order, yet, he said nothing to me smith that until then. He said it would be in a couple days later, I called and he said he was sick when it was being delivered and no one was there to receive it. I asked for a refund and was told he doesn’t give refunds. We trusted Nordan & Foster with our boat upholstery and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Not only did the process take longer than expected, but they lost our boat seats entirely. After years of little communication and vague updates, we’re left without a crucial part of our boat and no clear resolution. We understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and follow-through has been extremely frustrating.
