I’ve been going here for a while now but had the most horrible and ugly experience a few weeks ago. Called to confirm my appt time on a Thursday and was told by Jack that I should’ve been there on Monday. Not true . I was going out of town on Friday so I made the appt close to my trip and put it in my phone. When I explained to Jack when my appt was scheduled for he kept disputing me and then he HUNG the phone up on me! I called back and a female employee answered. This is probably the best manicure that I’ve ever had! I actually saw this place one day in passing and decided to go there only because another place closer to the house was too busy for me. I’m so glad I went. Tina did my nails. It was $35 for a gel manicure plus tip. Very good attention to detail, nice people, clean. And they offered soft drinks & water. Most importantly, my nails look fabulous. Thank you so much.! I’ll be back.

I paid for a service I did not receive. Extremely disappointed in the way the matter was handled by the staff. I have been going there for several years. I dont live in the area so Im going out of my way just to get a pedicure. I loved when Don was the owner. I will not be returning. In response to the owners comments. I did not get the black undercoat and the magnetic tool was not used so why was I charged an additional fee for a service not provided. I only got the gel.
