Extremely kind and understanding. I had trouble with my car & they were concerned with my safety first which makes me feel more comfortable. The driver was prompt, much quicker than AAA. Only issue is they only tow you 11 miles to your choice. It cost an extra 15 for anything over 11 miles which seems like a short amount. Other than that, they were great, all courteous, considerate and expeditious. Thank you State Farm!
Kaci has been helping me with my insurance for years and she has always gone above and beyond at explaining things in a way that can make sense to me and has really educated me on my insurance. Not only is she knowledgeable but she has always been nothing but kind to me. She is seriously SO SWEET! I have been with state farm for a long time now. Everyone in this office is kind and helpful! Lately I have been having to figure a few things out with my teenage driver and I have had to make numerous calls with many questions. Austin has been my agent and every single time I call he's helpful, knowledgeable but most of all patient! I want to thank Austin for the help but again any agent that may be able to help me ALWAYS helps and gets what I need done. They have a great team at this location! Highly recommended!
