TODD KILLINGER was such a great guy to go over our Home policy with us by answering our questions and helping us to understand how it works.. we have a much better grasp of knowing how good the coverage is for us.. He was very helpful and very kind and made us feel welcome.. we also carry our policy for two cars which gave us a very good deal and staying with State Farm for 10 years has a great benefit for reducing our cost. On a day before a national holiday, with no appointment, I stopped into State Farm Insurance on 58th Ave. in Vero Beach. Kaci was extremely helpful in assisting me to change my auto car insurance. She had previously assisted me in securing home coverage when I changed residences. She was professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this agency.
Chris Cotsonas was great! He was patient when I couldn't find information he needed, very kind and calm. He was thorough gathering information and created a Renter's policy proposal that was bundled with my car insurance. I saved with both! I've been with this State Farm agency for years and Chris is a nice addition to a competent team!
Kay helped me to secure renters insurance. She made the process extremely smooth and easy. She was also very helpful and prompt with responding. It was a pleasure to work with Kay and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to help with their insurance needs!!
