Chris Cotsonas was great! He was patient when I couldn't find information he needed, very kind and calm. He was thorough gathering information and created a Renter's policy proposal that was bundled with my car insurance. I saved with both! I've been with this State Farm agency for years and Chris is a nice addition to a competent team!
On a day before a national holiday, with no appointment, I stopped into State Farm Insurance on 58th Ave. in Vero Beach. Kaci was extremely helpful in assisting me to change my auto car insurance. She had previously assisted me in securing home coverage when I changed residences. She was professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this agency.
Extremely kind and understanding. I had trouble with my car & they were concerned with my safety first which makes me feel more comfortable. The driver was prompt, much quicker than AAA. Only issue is they only tow you 11 miles to your choice. It cost an extra 15 for anything over 11 miles which seems like a short amount. Other than that, they were great, all courteous, considerate and expeditious. Thank you State Farm!
I love Kaci, she has helped me with all my insurance needs. She is very knowledgeable and is always just one call away for any and all of my questions I have. 10/10 recommend
Kaci has been helping me with my insurance for years and she has always gone above and beyond at explaining things in a way that can make sense to me and has really educated me on my insurance.
