Just wanted to take afew minute and drop an "Thank You & Appreciation" email for the assistance I received from Cole yesterday. We purchased a new car (removed one) on our policy but when I enabled the new "Safe Driver" Beacon to the new car, there was an issue. She was (still) able to register on our other car we had but could not get her new car. After not even a month of a new policiy I had sold my old Frontier the premium was 131.27 for 6 months after reimbursement the total cost was 47$ for 13 days protection. On top they failed to notify the dmv as prescribed by law in Florida for the new policy. Results dmv letter by mail for suspension, their answer sorry for the inconvenience we will forward a document by email so you can bring it to the dmv. Basically I have to do steps to correct their errors !
Maddie was very helpful with getting me set up with a liability umbrella policy. She is very knowledgeable concerning this type of coverage. Very professional and even followed up to let me know the umbrella policy was approved. Thank you Maddie for all your help. Five stars for sure!!

Called just for very general info because I'm considering relocating to Vero. Didn't need immediate response but Wenda and George went out of their way to help and were lightning fast. Been a State Farm customer for years and its good to know I'll be going from one excellent agent to another if I relocate.
