I contacted Kathy Industrial because I see favorable reviews and they stated they could be there the same day. Paid extra for that service. My first concern was they insisted on a pre-payment...but we needed heat and provided payment. They stated that I would hear from a tech within 30 minutes to advise a timeframe...that call never happened even when I checked again and they said I would get a call shortly.
