had a very disappointing experience with Karla, a State Farm agent at this office. She started an argument with my mother in Spanish instead of helping her. All required paperwork had already been returned to add someone to the account, yet Karla refused to assist and began blaming a former employee rather than taking responsibility as part of the office.
