One of the worst returns I’ve ever had. Poorly put together, late in receiving it back because so many employees had quit. Not returned with envelopes to send in to irs, I’m receiving money back (refunds) then notices I owe money. I’m taking my stuff and having it redone. They are maybe capable of a small or easy return but I don’t have that. I was recommended to her by a friend who likes her but doesn’t have a complicated return . So she’s good for that I guess. If you're looking for the worst CPA in Phoenix, look no further! Absolutely terrible person and an even more terrible "CPA" if you can even call her that. I doubt she has a legitimate license. Rude, arrogant, won't answer your calls, and won't do any work correctly. Unbelievably bad - don't just walk away, RUN.

This is the first time I've ever left a review. Kathy was extremely rude and arrogant. As a potential new customer, it was surprising the treatment I got from her. I'm glad I found this out before I paid her money.
Kathy Egan and the entire staff they have is beyond wonderful!! If you are looking for an affordable and well ran accounting office look no further than Kathy and company they will take great care of you!!!
