Kathy Dottore & State Farm have been my insurer of Choice for many years. I can always count on them to help me find the best value, awesome customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have reliable, conscientious and considerate insurance carriers at a great value, I always know my insurance will be handled professionally and efficiently but with the personal touch so lacking in so many insurance companies.

I have been insured with State Farm Insurance, through Kathy Dottore's office in San Marcos, CA, for several years. They have been provided me with detailed information when requested, excellent rates, and excellent client service. I have always been able to talk directly to a representative who has listened to my concerns, answered my questions and made me feel like I am their most important client. Dear Kathy, Thank you for calling me and letting me know that my rental insurance was over due. As you know, I have always been on time with my payments. What happened was that I was on vacation in Italy for one month and totally forgot about it until my return. I appreciate you not letting my rental policy expire. If it had, it would have cost me a lot more money to use the insurance company my lender would have forced me to use.
