I was finding it very difficult to get the more advanced treatment for my knees from other providers. Kathy's support staff was extremely helpful in this regard. In addition Kathy was very attentive and responsive to questions regarding further options if this treatment was not satisfactory. Well this morning I was able to walk up and down stairs without any pain :) Highly recommend
