I saw a lot of reviews complaining about wait time, but in my experience the wait time was reasonable. Big complaint I have was submitting the paperwork online. You had to download it and then upload it and even with my pdf reader/editor the formatting was glitchy. It would be better if you could fill out the paperwork directly on their website.
