I love my Dr. but the office manager is rude and arguementative. I had my elderly mother there and was trying to straighten out a referral for home health care that had not been responded to. When I tried to point out the fax number was wrong she was snotty, at the front counter in front of other patients. As it turned out the number I pointed out being wrong was wrong, my mom's referral had been delayed as a result, which means loss of care time for her and her family. A few weeks later she's on hospice.
