She sent in a student first who was pleasant, but took all my information that the medical assistant had just taken! I had to wait 45 minutes to see Kathy! Then she spent 5 minutes with me and when I said I asked needed a referral for a different issue that office notes proved I’d seen other doctors in her office for.. she said.. “You only have a 15 minute appointment so I don’t have time to talk further!” Rude!! Terrible experience. Kathy Barth was rude and didn't take the necessary time to do a complete check on me. She told me she didn't know why I had even come to see her. I will NEVER go back.
I'm not sure why there's several positive reviews. I went there because of the positive reviews, and it was a mistake! This office is very dishonest in their billing. I went purely to establish care for a primary physician for both my wife and I. Nothing special, just a basic visit. Insurance was billed over $500 including some $200+ for a "depression screening". I was literally asked, "do you feel depressed at all?" And, I never asked for this test. What set me off most is that what should have been a no cost visit (yearly ... read more
