I am one of those people who NEVER goes to a dentist until the very last minute. I have been to Dr. Banks several times for extractions. She is the most caring, gentle person I have ever met. My most recent appointment was yesterday. After removing all infection and the problem tooth I left the office with absolutely no pain. Not even an ache. They took almost 2 years to bill me $40 and told me that if it wasn't paid in a week, they were gonna sue me. Their staff were rude when I was in the office and rude when I said that I would not be using their services. I would rather have a swamp witch doctor from Louisiana work on my mouth than have to deal with this office again
