I have only had an initial consult with Dr Winkler. My first impression is that THIS is a clinic I trust. Very thorough, efficient and personable. Needless to say, of course, professional and explained everything so I completely understood the procedure, timeline and cost.
Honestly all the employees are very nice ! They are so extremely professional dealing with their patients! Their explanations are so well done to how you have to take care of their instructions after you leave the facility! Thank for all your patience!

Dr Winkler never returned four calls about an upcoming surgery (and past visits) so it was cancelled.There is no way of contacting her by phone or email except leave a message which obviously won't be returned. Her staff at Chicagoland Oculoplastics are the rudest non-helpful people you would most likely ever meet. Appointments are misscheduled as they have multiple locations with revolving times. They are often confused.
