AWFUL FIRM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. PLEASE SEE THE DOUBLE BILLING IN THE PICS. BILLED TWICE FOR SAME COURT APPEARANCE, ONCE FOR 4 hours and the other for 4.5 Hours. Can you say padding the bill and getting caught!!! THEY CALL IT A “DUPLICATE ENTRY”. Duplicate would be exactly the same, 4 and 4.5 are not the same, it’s called over billing wonder how much they have padded other clients invoices…and never got caught. Emma is amazing! She is a wealth of knowledge and will make sure you are fully protected. Whether it's trusts, divorce, or other family matters, she's your gal! Also, if you have that fur baby you love and adore, she can help protect custody of your pets too.. Crazy things you don't think of, but she does and she will make sure you are protected.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere when choosing a lawyer to represent you. If you do use spindler, please review your statements carefully, and question unnecessary billing. Update: I Reported them to Attorney Grievance in Troy. They agreed the case was worth investigating. Spindler-Law did provide a “detail of the charges” only when asked by the state, but not when asked by me, the paying client. I disagree with their response and will be looking at next steps.
