Absolutely horrible. I might as well have been dealing with robots. No instructions for post surgery recovery. Staff turned me away for being late to 6 week post-op after paying for medical transportation traveling 50 miles. Never again will I deal with either Wagner or Walker. All they cared about was getting me to sign their consent forms and never see them again. Bring on the robots instead of no care, no customer service

Dr. Wagner has been an incredible part of my journey—from pain relief to surgery and through the healing process. From the very beginning, she has been caring, understanding, and highly professional. Her bedside manner is truly unmatched, and she made me feel confident and supported every step of the way. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received and thrilled with the outcome. Happy to say, I hopefully won’t need to see her again until I’m 80 🤣
