Today, I've had the worst experience. I had an appointment for 9am at Kathryn Sumpter, MD clinic. I'm literally STILL in the waiting room for over 1 hour and 14 minutes! It is 10:14am and I haven't been to the back at all. When I asked the receptionist what was going on, why haven't I been seen, she was nice and CLUELESS. We've yet to be seen, she hasn't updated letting us know what the problem is or anything. Each time I had to come up there, she needs customer service skills. There is a MAJOR time management issue.
