I love Dr. Strain and have been going to her for 18 years. Yes, sometimes she runs a bit behind but it's because she's thorough and takes the time to listen and fully discuss your health concerns. Some of these negative reviews I really believe are unfair and more likely a by-product of a broken system that expects her to see 30 patients a day! Give Dr. Strain a chance- she's the best!
Talked to me like I was a number, no empathy, rushed through appointment. I will be looking for a new primary provider.
Not sure who the low raters were reviewing because it wasn’t Dr Strain! She’s smart, caring, personable and thorough. I feel lucky to have her as my pcp. I read through the negative comments and think that at least some are assigning blame to the doctor when it is the fault of the practice.
I have been Dr. Stain’s patient along with my husband and son for over 20 years now. She is caring, empathetic and medically well versed. I would stay with her for as long as she is in my area.
She is without a doubt the best. She is very kind. She takes her time and genuinely cares.
