Not sure who the low raters were reviewing because it wasn’t Dr Strain! She’s smart, caring, personable and thorough. I feel lucky to have her as my pcp. I read through the negative comments and think that at least some are assigning blame to the doctor when it is the fault of the practice.
I have been Dr. Stain’s patient along with my husband and son for over 20 years now. She is caring, empathetic and medically well versed. I would stay with her for as long as she is in my area.
She is without a doubt the best. She is very kind. She takes her time and genuinely cares.
I was charged over $200 for an annual wellness appointment that was FULLY covered by my insurance. When I called in (more than 8 times to see why I was being charged) I was told to leave another message, and that I would be contacted back with an answer/reason. Not only was I never contacted but the only response I got was multiple bills saying that it was needed to be paid in full.
