Regarding Kathryn's capability in her chosen profession as a realtor, she is remarkable! We have worked with several other realtors in our lifetimes, but never been this happy! Regardless of our numerous questions, concerns and time restraints, she was always up for the challenge. We were living out of state while house hunting, so Kathryn went out of her way to do videos and chat with us while viewing houses. Her industry knowledge, combined with local area knowledge i.e. market financing and current trends, made her an invaluable resource in the sale of my home. Additionally, her anticipation of potential problems and solutions kept the process on the rails. I’ve been fortunate to have worked with many fine realtors and clearly Kathryn is right on top!
