Kathryn and her office are horrible at answering calls, scheduling appointments, getting their clinic to be updated under an insurance group, and their attitude towards patients is unacceptable..
Terrible! I came with my client, I am her care giver. My client csme along with her cousin who does not live with her but takes care of all her finances, since she has Alzheimer. Anyways, The doctor has very bad manners as soon as she walked into the door. She didnt not even address anyone in the room. She was upset about something with the insurance being expired.
