The front desk nurse was pleasant, and the nurse practitioner was thorough and explained everything she did. Dr. Kathyrn Hoes took her time with me, did a full and comprehensive exam, and devised a plan. She explained things to me and was empathetic, not dismissive, and her bedside manner was outstanding. I hope I don't need to see her very often, but I would make it a point to recommend her and schedule with her again.
I was looking forward to meeting Dr. Hoes. I had heard good things about her. To start with, her nurse was abrupt, uncaring and overall a waist of both our 5 minutes. Dr. Hoes was very nice but again spent 5 minutes of her time. I got much more information from my therapist on what was wrong.and how we could improve it. Overall we were there 3 hours for 10 minutes of interaction. We were sent back to the waiting room to be called up for paperwork however we're never called up.
