Very upset & disappointed in the way Kathryn handled the closing for a friend of mine. She failed to do a proper title search, evidently, and months after the closing, my friend was contacted by a mortgage company saying he owed just under $20k because there was a lien on the property that should have been paid by the Sellers at closing so that the property would transfer to my friend, the Buyer, clear & clean at closing!
