I established care with Dr Pool on recommendation from a friend. At my prenatal appointment, my husband and I got devastating and unexpected news that I suffered a miscarriage. Dr Pool, Abby (RN), and the entire office staff were all so caring, empathetic and responsive in the subsequent visits and many telephone calls that followed. I am so grateful for every single one of them and appreciate the care that was given to me during this difficult time.
