Dr Nance doesn’t care for patients and is rude. She doesn’t care if you are getting better. She just wants to give you a shot and get out. She has the worst bedside manner. Avoid her at all cost.
Dr. Nance and the entire Ortho staff are wonderful! Dr. Nance is extremely thorough and friendly. Her staff answers all questions and it is very easy and convenient to get follow up appointments. Would highly recommend!
Dr. Nance is thorough & thoughtful. My back had been locking up every weekend when I had a day off & I was at my wit’s end. She took several x-rays, discussed my history & put me on a med I’d never even heard of. Along with PT, I feel so much stronger & my mental state has improved drastically now that I’m not dealing with debilitating pain regularly. I think people may misread her setting as awkward but I feel like it’s cautious, and I greatly appreciate that.
I write this while sitting in your parking area in our vehicle during a heavy rain. Dr. Nance, I believe I have a suggestion that would put your practice, and you, as a physician, in a much better light. That is if you and your partners made sure new patients are warned IN ADVANCE of the "strict no visitors policy" at your clinic. This warning should be provided PRIOR TO new patient appointments. I've had pain while sitting for years. I came to see Dr. Barnes and he referred me to Dr. Nance. She agreed to see me while I was there so I didn't have to come back. For the first time in over ten years I think my problem was diagnosed. She was very certain that I had ischial bursitis. She explained everything to me and gave me a shot in the bursa. I am very happy to have discovered this team of doctors and especially Dr. Nance.
