Shari (Customer Service) is an absolute gem of a human being and employee for Kathryn. From shopping better rates for our home insurance to handling my auto claim, she doesn't hesitate to get the work done on whatever it is that you're needing. Always very happy with Shari, she is very patient, kind and professional. Takes the time to go over any changes and adjustments that are necessary at the best rates possible. She will also help navigate your calims and follows up to make sure you were taken carre of. Everyone at the office are great to work with. I've been with Allstate for almost 8 years for homeowners and vehicle coverage. Luckily I've never had to make a claim for either, but any time I've reached out with a need, Kaki has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is so warm and professional and knowledgeable every time we speak. Highly recommend this agency.

I had Allstate. Pretty much 0⁰they were good however November and December for whatever ready instead of taking out the entire amount out they took a out ins amount ,then days later took out additional funds causing an overdraft to my account, I emailed them about this asking why additional funds came out. Was told it was for roadside assistance . Never has it been taken out separately before. Now because I get disability and social security I get a check once a month an overdraft fee comes out from the day that the funds we... read more

I absolutely love this place and this is the only Allstate branch I will deal with. Shari has always been that an made me feel like I’m in good hands. She is professional courteous and her personality makes you feel like family not just a customer. Jonathan is a amazing guy he is very helpful and sweet as well.
