I highly recommend that you hire Kathryn. Professional, prompt and patient are three words I would use to describe her. Professional in her technical competence, skill level and ability to communicate in laymen terms. Prompt in her ability to keep focused on the goals and stick to the schedule. Patient in her understanding that I am not a techie, therefore the need for gentle, yet focused, guidance through-out the project. Kathryn is a complete pleasure to work with, smart, articulate, service-oriented AND she takes fabulous photographs. Kathryn did our family photo shoot with 5 children and 6 adults, aged 6 months to 76 years, and she managed it all with good humor, flexibility, and lots of laughing all around! It takes a real professional to make everyone feel so comfortable, and she kept shooting while we were interacting naturally.
