I've worked with many fine massage therapists over the years, and I I've never found one better than Kate, Her knowledge and skills are truly exceptional. Kate is also an analytical thinker, which allows her to identify systemic issues and suggest wholistic solutions. In short, Kate is a world class massage therapist! We are lucky indeed to have her in Carrboro.

I left my first appointment with Kathryn feeling weightless and grounded -- two sensations my body hasn't felt in a long time due to chronic head pain and tension. She was an excellent listener and clearly knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back!

Kathryn "Kate" Kager is an excellent masseuse. She is a good listener too. When I expressed my goals for my massage, she worked hard to make it happen. She is very well educated in her chosen modalities and if you don't have a great experience, I will eat my hat.

This was my first ever massage and I had no idea what to expect but the experience was amazing! Kate was very sweet and communicative and the entire massage was relaxing with the perfect amount of firmness. I have no idea what techniques she was using but they were the right ones for me:) Would 100% recommend to anyone!
