Used KH Agency to find a house to rent after relocating from overseas. Never used a relocation agent for previous overseas moves and they made the process of securing a house in a new country so much less stressful. With their help I managed to get a lovely property in a great area in an incredibly fast moving rental market. Highly recommend and will look at using them as a buyers agent when the time comes to purchase.
We worked with Valaria for our relocation from the states to NSW. She was so helpful and always available to answer questions about the process. When another agency declined working with us due to extra paperwork from the US embassy, Valaria said it was not a problem!
