It took me 20 years to find a family doctor I feel comfortable with. My adult son and I are so happy with our decision. Not just Dr. G but the entire staff from check-in to all colleagues. For emergencies, if Dr. G can't squeeze you in nurses find another doc or NP to make time immediately. And they actually prep by reading your file before you go in. I think I've seen everyone she works with lol. Even my son is comfortable with full male physicals. I'm so grateful to have gotten in very early on with practice. Wish I could ... read more
Office staff 0/5 stars. Used her online site to schedule a new patient appointment. Was called by the office that she is not accepting new patients and to call back to schedule (weird message, but ok). Call back, wait on hold, office staff I spoke to was not the one that left me a message. She told me Dr. Ghanayem is not accepting new patients. Told her what the voicemail said and that she could cancel the appointment, to which she very rudely responded "The appointment has already been canceled". Then why waste my time tell... read more
