My husband had an appointment with Dr. Holley, he arrived 10 min early as asked and sat in the waiting room for over an hour to be seen and ended up leaving. They took back 2 people who came in after him as well. Waste of time!! Save the gas and go somewhere else!!
Rude people when talking over the phone. One even told me she could help when she wasn't busy and months later hasn't sent a referral. How busy could she be? I think she isn't doing her job.
Scheduled a first time appointment with this clinic. They called the day of appointment and the physician had a personal emergency for the day and they needed to reschedule. I asked them for an appointment the following week any day, any time before 1:00 p.m. I was informed that it would have to be after 3:00 p.m. and I asked if we could schedule it a couple weeks out to get a before 1:00 p.m. appointment.
