I rarely leave reviews, but Dr Doughty and her staff have truly gone above and beyond in ways that I didn’t even think possible for medical staff to do anymore. My son has special needs and severe medical anxiety, so a broken leg was not an easy obstacle for him. Dr Doughty and her staff recognized our special situation, and responded so incredibly. I don’t often post reviews, I especially try not to post negative reviews. I actually sat on this for a couple of weeks because I didn’t want to write an angry review. That’s not productive. I’ll be honest, we were 10 mins late. Coming in from out of town, I hit construction and didn’t estimate how long it would take to get there. Our previous Ortho retired.
