Waiting room nice and clean. Tv to watch. When arriving on time for my appointment I checked in, waited for 10 minutes, vitals were taken, and saw my physician within another 5 minutes. This was a follow up appointment. Very pleased with Dr. Lucas.
Dr. Lewis has a wonderful bedside manner and takes the time to explain information. Thank you so much.
This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a doctor. The OB-GYN never even introduced herself, I only found out her name when I asked the front desk. She barely acknowledged me, didn’t explain anything, and seemed completely uninterested in my concerns. Before I could even ask questions, she was halfway out the door, telling me to just schedule an ultrasound. No guidance, no explanation, and absolutely no bedside manner.
