I'm not sure how there is a 1 star review for Dr. Bass because in our lengthy affiliation with her, she has been nothing but kind, attentive, and thorough. She has performed an experimental magnomosis procedure to form my daughter's esophagus and has performed several other procedures on her during her 2 year medical journey. I would wholly trust Dr. Bass with anything related to pediatric health.
Very unprofessional. Done a gallbladder surgery on my 12 year old son back in February. After his surgery was over and he was in the recovery room she called me stating everything went well but his eyes were very swelled and she couldn't explain to me what happened or what may have caused it. She said she had something else to get to and basically hung up on me. Still to this day, I have no confirmation from her on what happened.
