I attempted to establish Primary Care with this provider. There is nothing professional about this provider or her office. First impressions, you sit in a hallway outside of her clinic waiting for your appointment. She walks in a side door, after my appointment time, on the phone carrying on a conversation for all to hear, looking disheveled.
