I’ve had issues ever since I let her do my surgery I requested another doctor entirely and was denied, I really think I was used for practice. Now I’m in a worse place than I was before surgery. I was mishandled and brushed off.

The front desk staff at my appointment handled an internal registration error with unprofessional aggression, creating severe emotional distress during a standard medical procedure. Not only was Erica rude to me she also misinformed me. My Medicaid is listed as secondary but should be primary. She instructed me to call Medicaid and take it up with them. This clinic has been most unhelpful and extremely rude. I scheduled my daughter for her first Pap and waited for 6 months before she could be seen - a little crazy but we waited. Two weeks prior to her visit, the office called and cancelled the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with the Doctor. They did not give the option of being seen by any other doctor in the office but said that they could reschedule her but it would be an additional 6 months before they could get her in. Dr. Renner is the best! She truly cares about her patients. She takes her time with each patient but doesn't leave you waiting.
