I highly recommend Kate Brooke. She is competent, thorough and a great communicator. She is your advocate and acts like it. She clearly explains options, processes, decision points including pros and cons. She is also quite funny and just a delightful person. She acted both as my real estate agent and lawyer in a new home purchase transaction and was amazing!
