I'd procrastinated for years and knew I needed to update my estate planning documents, so when I saw a class put on by York Adult Education with Kathryn as the instructor I enrolled. She was very comprehensive covering all aspects of estate planning from wills to trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives and more. The process of developing our estate planning documents was well planned out and provided a number of opportunities to make revisions. It included 3 visits, The first to get to know us and develop our plan. The second visit to make any changes from the first draft docs that were sent to us. The third visit to sign the docs after any final modifications. Well Done !
For state planning, I cannot recommend Kathryn Bedell‘s office highly enough. She is both personable and professional. She was thorough but did not waste our time. Her expertise made the whole experience easy and I would definitely recommend her.
