I highly recommend Dr.Serrao.She's incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely care about her patients.She takes her time to explain everything clearly & make even complex medical information easy to understand.I especially appreciate how she explains the reasons behind abnormal lab results and how different medical conditions can affect them. I always feel heard, respected & confident that i'm receiving the best possible care.Thank you for your outstanding dedication & compassion!
Office staff is friendly and reliable. If I leave a message my call is always returned within a reasonable amount of time. There is a phlebotomist on premises which makes it convenient to get bloodwork done all in one location. There is very little wait time and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Serrao. She is thorough, takes her time getting to know her patients - I always leave feeling heard and confident in the competency and knowledge shared with me. Highly recommend Dr. Serrao and staff.
Dr. Serrao is a one of a kind provider! She takes the time to build a bond with her patients and accommodates to all their needs. As a patient who has seen many Endocrinologists, she is the one provider that has sat and listened to every concern I have without hesitation.
