My fiance got her wedding dress at Kathleen's and then had her alterations done through Terri, their seemstress. The alterations ruined the dress. She took it in to have the alterations repaired, they said they'd try to fix it. She just went in to look at the repairs and it looked the exact same! Nothing was fixed. They have charged over $200 for these alterations and will not give her money back for the botched job. Now we are 10 weeks away from the wedding and she is looking for a new dress... at a different shop.
