I went in with hair half way down my back asking for a shoulder length bob and I left with uneven hair that is up to my ears. I’m now having to pay someone else to hopefully fix it. I have had this haircut for 3 days and have cried all 3 days since. This is by far the most horrific haircut I’ve ever gotten. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Don’t waste your time money or happiness on this nightmare of a salon..

Came in as a walk-in when my hair was driving me crazy. I was itching for a totally new look and she delivered. She took the time to examine my face and took my boring, blunt cut lob and cut layers to flatter my features, and even though it was different (shorter) than any cut I’ve ever had, and I freaked out a little as I was leaving, after wearing it for a couple days it’s become my favorite haircut ever! I’ll be going back in a couple months.
