Poor customer service!!!
Dr. Shine was a pleasant surprise. Not only did she correctly diagnosed my medical problem, but took the time to dig deeply into what ACTUALLY caused my problem. I would expect this degree of doctoring from our family doctor, but not from a medical emergency service doctor. Thanks to Dr Shine, I am well on my way recovering, (painless) back to normal.
