Kathleen was extremely helpful and supportive in laying out a timeframe for getting my house ready to sell. Timing was perfect and she had excellent advice on how to “stage the house” to highlight its key selling points. The sale went very quickly, and she communicated well during the process of receiving multiple offers that needed some explanation and weighing of options.
