Amazing . I was being treated incorrectly. Once Dr.Ruggerro was on the case she was able to identify what was wrong and intervene. Would highly recommend.
Dr Ruggero was assigned to my mother when she came in through the Er gravely ill- she was absolutely amazing ! She was very thorough and has checked in with my family on my mother’s condition. She is extremely knowledgeable and I would trust her with my care 100%. My family is so grateful she is involved in my morher’s care. In my experience she treats her patients with respect and professionalism . Her office staff has been wonderful with my parents as well
Dr Ruggero is very good in all that has to do with healing, attitude, knowledge, and a very good infectious disease doc in general. Her office lady at the check in, and who answer your phone call(s) is unhelpful, and don't go out of her way to do any extra than she has too. Very bad attitude, and actually quite rude. If you get past that the Dr Ruggero is worth it!!
Dr. Ruggero treated me for a serious staph infection that I had contracted after lumbar surgery. Her professionalism in all aspects of treatment, care and diagnostics are beyond the words in my vocabulary. My treatment lasted 10 weeks. I was completely free of the infection.
