I did have a customer service issue at this office, but after management reviewed my concern, it was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I think that says a lot about the owner of the business. They listen to their customers. Thank you to all involved.
I love the doctor, but service is terrible! My son was supposed to receive his glasses in 7-10 business days, but took almost two and a half weeks. Still charged $20 for shipping and when I complained they blamed the company. When I asked for the company's information to complain, was told "we aren't allowed to give that information out". Additionally, they use high pressure sales techniques and scare tactics to get you to pay more and more, especially if you have children.
