Kathleen was an excellent agent to work with. It was apparent that she was looking out for our best interest throughout the whole process. She was assertive when necessary, but never pushy; always supporting our decisions. She processed all paperwork almost instantly, we never had to wait for her to write-up a offer or contact other realtors. Highly recommend her.

Kathy did a great job of walking us through the entire home selling process. As our listing agent she helped us navigate the listing, staging, and finally closing on our home, and since we had already moved out of state, she kept us updated and informed as remote sellers. Our house was under contract in less than a week for over asking price
