Kathy is AMAZING! In an age when it's almost impossible to connect with a real human being over the phone or in person, Kathy was available. She is professional, kind, intelligent, open & honest, and well-connected. Her recommendations about the real estate market were 'spot on' and the home sold immediately. Kathy was present every step of the process. I highly recommend her to anyone who is selling or buying a home.
