I highly recommend Dr. Kathleen Outcalt. She is a very knowledgeable, patient and thorough doctor who spends adequate time with her patients to review health matters and provide needed advice and care. In general, the office staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Outcalt. She is a jewel - 5 stars all the way.
