Received an examination but quite brief. Was told to come back for a blood draw but didn’t receive any paperwork for the blood draw. Was told to check back in a couple months about a new prescription, again, no paperwork. Did not receive any paperwork to checkout so I left without paying my deductible. I’m sure they will bill me. This is a new doctor for me, so perhaps this is the way it will be done in the future?
Kathleen Ortiz, MD is absolutely fantastic! She took the time to explain in detail, answered all of my questions patiently, and never made me feel rushed. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Ortiz is efficient, was on time, answered questions, was very engaged.
